The trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day trial of the whole product. The trial starts at checkout, when you choose a plan at the end of setup, not when you create your account. You add a card at checkout, and it’s charged only when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. Each person gets one trial. We email the workspace’s owners and admins three days before the trial ends.

Manage billing

The workspace owner or an admin manages billing from Plan & settings (in the account menu) with Manage billing: change the payment method, see invoices or cancel. Payments are handled by Creem, which issues the invoices. Members can’t change billing.

To move from Individual to Team, use Upgrade to Team on the same page.

When a plan ends

If a payment fails, we email the workspace’s owners and admins, and the dashboard is replaced by a request to update your payment method. Your devices keep tracking while the payment is retried.

If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. When the plan ends, or the trial ends without a plan:

• the dashboard takes you to the plan page to subscribe again;
• TimeUno stops saving new activity from your devices until the plan is active again. Current versions of the desktop app also stop taking screenshots and reading on-screen text;
• everything you tracked before is kept, so it’s all there when you subscribe again.

You can still disconnect devices and export or delete your data on a lapsed plan.
