The terms, in plain words.

These terms are an agreement between you and Kopilot Web LLC (“we”), which runs TimeUno: the web dashboard, the desktop app and the browser extension. By creating an account or using the apps you accept them. If you use TimeUno for a company, you accept them for that company too.

Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password and device connections to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
• Only connect computers and browsers you’re allowed to monitor: your own, or ones you have the user’s permission for. On a team, each member installs TimeUno on their own devices; admins never see anyone’s apps, sites or screens.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live (at least 16).

Trial, billing and cancelling

• Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required; it’s charged only when the trial ends, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
• After the trial, plans renew automatically (monthly or yearly, at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribed) until you cancel. Creem is the seller on the charge and issues the invoice; we never see your full card number.
• Cancel any time from Settings in the dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for; we don’t refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
• We may change prices for future periods. We’ll email you at least 30 days before a change affects your next renewal, so you can cancel first.
• Team plans are billed per seat. Adding members adds seats, prorated on the subscription.

Your data

What TimeUno captures, and how to switch parts of it off, is on the privacy page. Your data is yours: we use it only to run TimeUno for you, never to sell or to advertise. You can download a copy or delete your account and its data at any time from Settings → Your data in the dashboard.

Fair use

Don’t use TimeUno to:

• monitor someone without their knowledge or where the law doesn’t allow it;
• break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
• attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits or billing;
• resell it, or share one account between several people.

If you do, we may suspend or close the account. Except for serious or illegal abuse we’ll tell you first and give you the chance to fix it and to export your data.

The service

• We work to keep TimeUno available and accurate, but classification is automatic and can be wrong. Correct it in the dashboard and it learns. TimeUno is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law requires.
• We improve TimeUno all the time and may change or remove features. If a change takes away something material you pay for, you may cancel and get a refund for the unused part of the period.
• The apps update themselves. Keep them up to date; old versions may stop being able to upload.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost data or business interruption), and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for fraud, or the rights you have as a consumer.

Ending it

You can stop at any time: cancel your plan, then delete your account from Settings. We may end these terms with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for serious breach. When the account is deleted, its data is deleted too; copies in our backups disappear as those backups expire.

Changes and the law

If we change these terms materially we’ll email account owners at least 30 days ahead; continuing to use TimeUno after that means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Kopilot Web LLC is registered, and disputes go to its courts. But if you’re a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws and courts of the country you live in.
