Fair questions
Will I be charged during the trial?
No. The card is only charged when the 14 days end. Cancel before that (one click, no email to support, no retention flow) and you pay nothing.
Can my prompts or code leave my device?
Not through the AI-tool integrations: they send metadata only (window titles, hostnames, AI session state, token counts), and a test fails our build if transcript text ever leaks into what they upload. If you turn on Match AI chats to projects (off by default), TimeUno matches chat text to your projects on your device and sends only the matching project. But the desktop app's screenshots and on-screen text are on by default, and they capture whatever is on your screen, a prompt included. Turn them off per computer in the desktop app's Settings. What happens if I cancel later?
You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that your dashboard locks and TimeUno stops saving new activity from your devices. Resubscribe any time and your history is still there. Want a device disconnected, subscription or not? Disconnect it under Devices. It works on a lapsed plan too.
Which AI tools does it understand?
Deep integrations for Claude Code and Cursor (session state, tokens, cost, stalls, even in background terminals), plus browser coverage for claude.ai, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, DeepSeek, v0, Grok, Bolt, Lovable and Replit. Admin connectors for Anthropic and Cursor on Team plans are coming soon.
On a team plan, what does my manager see?
Admins see each member's worked time, productivity score (0 to 100), AI usage and spend, and trend, for the last 7, 30 or 90 days or all time. Never anyone's apps, sites, window titles or screenshots. Screenshots aren't shown in any dashboard, to admins or anyone else.
Why is there no free tier?
Honest math: real classification and insights cost us money per user, and a free tier gets paid for by making the product worse (or by selling data, which we never do). We'd rather give you the whole product free for 14 days and let the numbers convince you.
