What the contract covers

• Invoice or card billing. Pay by invoice in US dollars or euros on the terms we agree, or accept an offer online and pay monthly or yearly by card.
• Committed seats. You commit to a number of seats (25 or more). Members beyond it are added to the next invoice or to your card subscription, never blocked.
• Price protection. The seat price is fixed for the whole term. A renewal increase is capped in the contract and announced at least 90 days ahead.
• Everything in Team. Workspace-wide dashboards, the desktop app and the same privacy model, where screen content stays on each device.
• Single sign-on and provisioning. Sign in through your identity provider over OpenID Connect, and have your provider add and remove members through SCIM.
• Audit log. A record of member, billing and workspace-setting changes that your admins can read in settings.

Single sign-on (OpenID Connect) and SCIM user provisioning are set up by us for your workspace. SAML, SCIM groups and bulk operations are not available yet.

Two ways to start

• Accept online and pay by card. We prepare an offer for your workspace with the seats, price, term and expiry date. A workspace owner or admin reviews it under Settings and accepts it, then pays through a secure Creem checkout. Your workspace moves to Enterprise only once the payment succeeds, and any current subscription is cancelled at that point, not before. We settle any refund or credit for the unused time with you ourselves.
• Invoice. We activate the contract for your workspace and invoice you on the terms we agree.
